Services We Offer
A GUIDE TO YOUR GOALS
We offer several services to enhance your life and help you to achieve your mental health goals.
Peer/Youth/Family Support
A peer is a person who has had several years in behavioral health recovery. Optum programs offer help from people who’ve “been there” to increase understanding of each member’s individual concerns, as well as foster hope and encouragement toward a successful recovery. Peers serve to support each other and to challenge associated stigma and discrimination.
Community Based Rehabilitative Services
CBRS is a program designed to help clients work on their skills outside of the counseling office. CBRS workers have a bachelor's degree in a Human Service field and are able to meet with clients in the community and their homes to help them overcome their mental health challenges.
Case Management
Case management is the coordination of community-based services by a professional or team to provide people the quality mental health care that is customized accordingly to an individual's setbacks or persistent challenges and aid them to their recovery.
Targeted Care Coordination
Targeted Care Coordination is utilized by the YES program of Idaho to help with communication among all parties included in care. Each client is part of creating a Personal Care Service Plan.
Substance Use Disorder
"Only in the presence of compassion will people
allow themselves to see the truth."
Our substance use disorder counselors have more than 20 years experience providing individual counseling and groups. We provide the following SUD Groups:
Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) - step-by-step program to enhance clients' self-image and facilitate higher moral reasoning.
Seeking Safety - a treatment program for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder and Substance Abuse.
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) - clients learn acceptance and change skills, to deal with life in a more mindful, emotionally stable, effective and less stressed manner.
Relapse Prevention - clients identify relapse triggers, learn coping skills and relapse prevention strategies and skills.
For clients with greater treatment needs, we offer Intensive Outpatient treatment - four groups a week and weekly individual counseling sessions.
Court-ordered Substance Abuse Evaluations
We conduct DUI Evaluations, GAIN assessments and other court mandated substance abuse assessments in a timely manner. Our fee is $125 per assessment.
Recovery Coaching
A recovery coach offers encouragement and help to clients. This helps clients to reach their potential and stay clean and sober.
Alcohol/Drug Information School
This class is provided every second Saturday of the month for $100. We offer classes for teenagers and for adults.
